Harmonized Pranayam


Our breath is like a signature of life. Pranayam means control of breath. Our breathing cycle is an involuntary process,
but it can be modified voluntarily. This voluntary modification allows us to exert a favorable effect on functional
parameters of vital organs like brain and heart.

There are various techniques of doing Pranayam. This session uses Harmonized Pranayam i.e.
Control of breath through its synchronization with specially designed musical symphonies, mantras, chants ,shlokas &
prayers. This musical synchronization not only controls our breath but also energizes our breath.

The Pranvayu flows with least resistance and transfers these vibrations to the energy centers that lie in the
Vital Space along the vertebral column. These centers get activated and increase the quantum of our Natural Healing Energy.
